Risk in the products passes to the customer upon delivery.
Hands On Health cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the product where applicable.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products unless the product is defective or incorrect.
